(Group assesment sheets completed for each team member)

 Hanas:
(1) Meeting the assigned tasks we give each other.
tasks we set for each other were only a few things as we all did most of project together
the tasks hana was assigend were all completed on time she mock up the assement tools and all offer tasks we did were simalar bringing stuff from home about ourselves
(2)Turning up two group meetings.
Yes hana was the first there and last to leave almost all the time
(3)If you have to miss the meetings taking appropriate steps to catch up .
Hana has allways comunacated  well and uses the facebook page to let the group know whats happening .keeping that in mind she never missed a meeting
(4)Hana is always got good ideas and gives plenty of feed back and input to team sessions
(5)Attitude and willingness to work
Hana has a excellent attitude and always willing to work and has fun doing it
Hana is hard on her self which i think is a good thing from an artist point of veiw and in collboration it pushes the team harder and the un know cause she vocies her concerns.
Overall Hana has a great attitude and work ethic and is a valueable team member .

Harry
(1)Meeting the assigned tasks we give each other.
Harry always meet the tass given to him ,and if not here he catches up threw face book group page and comuncateing with team
(2)Turning up to the group meetings.
Harry only missed one a group meeting due to a death of a close friend and he still comuncated and took the right steps to catch up (and group showed the correct support so it was easy for him)
(3)If you have to miss the meetings take appropriate steps to catch up.
Facebook comuncation was good for this Harry if needed was always on facebook taking the appropriate steps to catch up no problems there
(4)Giving feedback on ideas ,participation and experimentation.
Yes Harry is one of the better ones on feedback and participation not scared to voice opinion                                                                                                   (5)attitude and willingness to work.Harry has a good attitude
and willingness to work brings a lot to the table never had a problem with harry.



 Shari:
(1)Meeting the assigned tasks we give each other.
Shari meet all the assigned tasks that we set her no worries
(2)Turning up to the group meetings.
Shari was at every meeting -good at sleeping in but she was
always on form once there and she always had plenty of contact on facebook group page
(3)If you have to miss the meetings take appropriate steps
to catch up.
facebook group page shari was good at comuncating on here and if we couldnt get hold of harry she would always pass on message as they have contact out of school
(4)Giving feedback on ideas ,participation and experimentation.
Shari gave plenty of feedback thoughout collabortive projects
never was an issue for shari in this area
(5)Attitude and willingness to work.
Shari has a good attitude-and willingness to work -she always on her camera taking pics for documents for group and had plenty of involement the whole project.


Valance
(1)Meeting the assigned tasks we give each other.
valance always completes his tasks and always ready for what we organize
(2)Turning up to the group meetings.
always at group meetings and on time and always very keen to get into tasks and work
(3)If you have to miss the meeting take appropriate steps to catch up.
Valance didnt miss any meetings but also was considaret
to people being away for sickness and was on facebook leting people no what was happen
(4)Giving feedback on ideas,participation and experimentation.Valance always gave feedback if needed
(5)Attitude and willingness to work.
Vallance has a good attitude and keen to work - being a painter was handy to the group as he knows things about paint overall a good team member.
 Ellen:
(1)Meeting the assigned tasks we give each other.
Any tasks we gave to Ellenshe completed no problems there
(2)Turning up to the group meetings
Yes at most meetings missed a few at the end,  but had facebook to comuincate and still had plenty of input
(3)If you have to miss a meeting take appropriate steps to catch up. Ellen made the appropriate steps to catch up
(4)giving feed back on ideas,participation and experimentation. Always plenty of feedback -voiced her oppinons specalliy when missed something any issues she wasn't shy to bring them up
(5)Attitude and willingness to work
Ellen has a good attitude always and had plenty of concerns
though out process living in south Taranaki she could nt  make the last weekend meet but was all prepared on hand in day for presentation .she manged to make it work with the team which was good she was a good team member
